FOREWORD
This Indian Standard wasadopted bythe Bureauof Indian Standards, after the draft finalized by
the Pesticides Sectional Committee had been approved by the Food and Agriculture Division
Council.
Anilophos ECisgenerallyusedas a herbicide.
Anilophos EC isgenerallymanufactured to contain 30 percent (mlm )ofanilophos.
In the preparation of this standard, due consideration has been given to the provisrons of the
Insecticides Act, 1968 and the Rulesframedthereunder. However,this standard is subject to the
restrictionsimposedunder the Actand Rules, whereverapplicable.
For the purpose of decidingwhethera particular requirement of this standard iscompliedwith, the
finalvalue, observedor calculated, expressingthe result of a test or analysis, shall be rounded off
in accordancewith IS 2: 1960'Rules for rounding offnumerical values (revised)'. The number
of significantplacesretained in the rounded offvalueshould be the same as that of the specified
valuein this standard.
