RESUMEN-PALABRAS CLAVE
RESUMEN
El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado tiene como objetivo el diseño y
dimensionado de la instalación eléctrica de un alojamiento rural, incluyendo
el estudio de una instalación fotovoltaica que, junto con una conexión a la
red eléctrica de baja tensión, dará servicio al alojamiento y le
concederá una situación de autoconsumo. También se diseña,
mediante simulación por software, la instalación de energía solar térmica
que abastecerá al alojamiento de agua caliente sanitaria (ACS).
En cuanto al diseño estructural, el alojamiento dispone de tres plantas que
se reparten en sótano, planta de calle y planta primera y de un espacio
exterior que se dedica a área recreativa junto con una posible zona de
parking.

ABSTRACT
This Final Project aims to design and size the electrical
installation of a cottage, including the study of a Photovoltaic system
which, together with a connection to low voltage mains, will feed the
accommodation and will give the situation of auto consumption. Also
it's designed, by software simulation, the solar thermal energy installation
to supply Domestic Hot Water (AHW).
About the structural design, the accommodation has three floors spread
over basement, ground street flour and first floor and an outdoor space
dedicated to recreation area and a possible parking zone.
