ICINCO2021received121papersubmissionsfrom38countries,ofwhich8%were

Thepapersareselectedbytheeventchairs,andtheirselectionisbasedonanumberof
criteriathatincludetheclassificationsandcommentsprovidedbytheprogramcommittee
members,thesessionchairs’assessmentandalsotheprogramchairs’globalviewofall
