The safety of our people and the integrity of Iluka’s operations,
including the newly acquired Sierra Rutile operation, remain the

Dividend framework and approach
Iluka’s dividend framework is to pay a minimum of 40 per cent of free cash flow, after investing and not required for balance sheet activity.
The company also seeks to distribute the maximum franking credits practicable.
