The conference is anticipated to attract a large number of high-quality submis-
sions, stimulate the cutting-edge research discussions among many academic
pioneeringresearchers,scientists,industrialengineersandstudentsfromallaround
theworldandprovideaforumforresearcher;proposenewtechnologies,sharetheir
experiences and discuss future solutions for design infrastructure for ICT; provide
a common platform for academic pioneering researchers, scientists, engineers and
studentstosharetheirviewsandachievements;enrichtechnocratsandacademicians
bypresentingtheirinnovativeandconstructiveideas;andfocusoninnovativeissues

150papersoftheconferenceareaccommodatedintwovolumes,andalsopapersin
