Beginning with the 1996 January/February issue. Health Values: The Journal of Health
Behavior^ Education & Promotion will be drop the term Health Values and will
hereafter be referred to as the American Journal of Health Behavior, Education &
Promotion. This name change will more accurately reflect our mission, goals and
readership.

HOURS through the American Journal of Health Behavior, Education & Promotion.
The American Journal of Health Behavior, Education & Promotion has been
designated by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing as a multiple
event provider of continuing education for Certified Health Education Specialists
(CHES). Beginning with the January/February issue, the American Journal of Health
Behavior, Education & Promotion will offer Category I, Continuing Education Contact
Hours for CHES. Each issue will provide a 4-hour continuing education activity. The
activity will be based on answering questions that are related to selected articles from the
Journal. The cost for each activity will be $24 (for 4 Category I continuing Education
Contact hours). To earn the contact hours, CHES must be subscribers to the American
Journal of Health Behavior, Education & Promotion.
