Notification
The 9th January, 2019
No. CCP(NCR)/JJR/CA/2019/ 71.— Whereas, in the opinion of the Government, the area specified in the
Schedule given below and shown in the plan appended hereto, has the potential for building activities, industrial,
commercial, industrial, residential estates/ activities and uses subservient to the above;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Punjab Scheduled
Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act 41 of 1963), the
Governor of Haryana hereby declares the said area to be a controlled area for the purposes of the said Act, namely:-
SCHEDULE
Schedule of boundaries of controlled area in village Luhari and Patauda, District Jhajjar to be read with
Drawing No. D.T.P. (JH)587/2018, dated the 20th September, 2018.
North: Starting from point ‘A’, which is the intersection point on boundary of existing controlled area notified vide
Notification No. CCP(NCR)/JH/CA/2013/2588, dated the 7th November, 2013 and northern revenue
boundary of village Patauda (Hadbast No. 249) in clock-wise direction up to point ‘B’ which is the
tri-junction of revenue boundaries of village Patauda (Hadbast No. 249), village Luhari (Hadbast No. 250)
and boundary of District Gurugram.
East: Thence moving from point ‘B’ in clock-wise direction along the revenue boundary of village Luhari (Hadbast
No. 250) up to point ‘C’, which is the tri-junction of revenue boundaries of village Patauda (Hadbast
No. 249), village Luhari (Hadbast No. 250) and boundary of District Gurugram.
South: Thence moving from point ‘C’ towards west along the common boundary of District Gurugram and village
Patauda (Hadbast No. 249) and that of District Rewari and village Patauda (Hadbast No. 249) up to point ‘D’,
where it meets the boundary of existing controlled area notified vide Notification No. CCP(NCR)/JH/
CA/2013/2588, dated the 7th November, 2013.
West: Thence moving from point ‘D’ towards north along the boundary of existing controlled area notified vide
Notification No. CCP(NCR)/JH/CA/2013/2588, dated the 7th November, 2013 upto point ‘A’ i.e. the point of
start.
