The 20th January, 2012
No. 28; it appears to the Governor of Haryana that the land is likely to be required to
be taken by Government, at the public expense, for a public purpose, for re -constructing a bridge on Drain No. 8 Rohtak-
Marodhi-Kahanour, Tehsil Kalanour, District Rohtak.
It is hereby notified that the land in the locality described below is likely to be required for the above purpose.
This notification is made under the provision of Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 of all to whom it
may concern.
In exercise of the powers conferred by the aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to authorize the
officers for the time being engaged in the undertaking with their servants, workmen to enter upon and survey any land
in the locality and to do all other Acts required or permitted by that section.
Any person interested who has any objection to the acquisition of any land in the locality may with in a period
of 30 days of the publication of this notification in the Official Gazette or two daily newspapers, circulating in the
locality of which at least one shall be in the regional language or publicity in locality, whichever is later, file objection,
if any, in writing before the Land Acquisition Collector, Public Works Department (Building and Roads Branch),
Bhiwani.
Plans of the land may be inspected in the office of the Land Acquisition Collector, Public Works Department
(Building and Roads Branch), Bhiwani and Executive Engineer, Public Works Department (Building and Roads Branch),
Division No. 1, Rohtak.

development, maintenance and utilization of road for Public Works Department (Building and Roads Branch), Ballabgarh-
Sohna Road, Km. 11.900 to 12.200, Toll Plaza in Village Pakhal and Pawta, Tehsil Faridabad, District Faridabad for
which Notification No. 28 -GA -87/D/58, dated 9th August, 2011 under Section 4 and corrigendum Notification No.
28 -GA -87/D/59, dated 11th August, 2011 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 has been published. It is hereby declared
that the land described in the specifications below is required for the aforesaid purpose.
This declaration is made under the provision of Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 of all to whom it
may concern and under the provision of Section 7 of the said Act. The Land Acquisition Collector, Public Works
Department (Building and Roads Branch), Hisar is hereby directed to take order for the acquisition of the said land.
Plans of the land may be inspected in the office of the Land Acquisition Collector, Haryana, Public Works
Department (Building and Roads Branch), Ambala Cantt. or and the Executive Engineer, Provincial Division, Public
