No. 28 -GA -87 -D/13. ---Whereas, the Governor of Haryana is satisfied that land described in the specification
below is needed by Government at public expenses, for a public purpose, namely, construction of a road from D.M. Road
to Assawata in Faridabad District for which Notification No. 28 -GA -87-D/11, dated 25th June, 2003 under Section 4 of the
Land Acquisition Act, 1894 has been published. It is hereby declared that the land described in the specification below is
required for the aforesaid purpose.
This declaration is made under the provision of Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 to all whom it may
concern and under the provision of Section 7 of the said Act the Land Acquisition Collector, Public Works Department,
Building and Roads Branch, Bhiwani or District Revenue Officer -cum -Land Acquisition Collector, Faridabad is hereby
directed to take order for the acquisition of the said land.
Plans of the land may be inspected in the office of the Land Acquisition Collector, Haryana, Public Works Department,
Building and Roads Branch, Bhiwani or District Revenue Officer -cum -Land Acquisition Collector, Faridabad and the
Executive Engineer, Provincial Division, Public Works Department, Building and Roads Branch, Palwal.

Bhondsi, Tehsil Sohna, District Gurgaon, for which Haryana Government, Horne Department, Notification No. I 886/P-4,
dated the 28th February, 2003, under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Act 1 of 1894), has been published, it is
hereby declared that the land described in the specification below is needed for the above purpose.
