2. The headquarters of this committee will be at Chandigarh. The term or this Committee will be
three years.
., 3. The Committee will plan, review and c000dinare the multiplicity of services and inputs
essential for agricultural production viz, improved seeds, fertilizers, pnticides, wcedicides, insecticides,
implements, credit, irrigation and power and terhnology.
4. The Committee will meet at least once in a yeller, twice to plan the kharif and rabi
campaigns and also twice to review and take stock of implementation of the campaigns.
5. The official members of ati Committee will draw their TA and DA from their respective
Departments/Organisations.

clauses (a) (c) and (d) of Article 99 of the Articles of Association of the Haryana Agro Industries
Corporation Limited, Chandigarh and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of
Haryana is pleased to appoint Snit. Shakuntla Jakhu, IAS, Director of Agriculture, Haryana as Director
on the Board of Directors of the Haryana Agro Industries Corporation Limited IA place of Shun K. S.
Bhoria, SAS, with immediate effect.

Act, 1894 has been published.
It is hereby declared that the land daScibed in the specification Mow is required urgently
for the above purpcs.

information to all whom it may concern.

No. of Haryana that the land is likely to be required
to be taken by Government, at public expense, for a public purpose, namely Improvement of curve
on DHS road from Parijat Chok to Gurudawara Chowk in city limit Hisar.
It is hereby notified that the land in locality, described below, is likely to be acquired for the
above purpose.
This notification is made under the provisions of section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1394 to
all whom it may concern.
In exercise of the powers conferred by the aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana is pleased
to authorise the officers, for the time being engaged in the undertaking with their servants and workmen
to enter upon and survey any land in the locality and do all other acts required or permitted by that
section.
Any person interested who has any objection to the acquisition of any land in the locality
may within thirty days of the publication of this notification file an objection in writing before
the Land Acquisition Collector, Haryana, Public Works Department, Buildings and Roads Branch, Hisar or

that the Chemical Fertilizer Industry in the State of Haryana being an industry specified in the First 1,
Schedule to the Industrial Dispute Act., 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947). be declared as public utility Al
service for the purpose of I he said Act ;
Now, therefore, in exercise oft he powers coferred by sub -clause (vi) of clause (n) of section 2
of the Rdus1.-ial Disputes Act. 1947. the Governor of Haryana hereby declares "Chemical 1
Fertilizer Industry" in the State of Haryana to be a public utility service for the purpose of the said
Act, for a period of six months, with effect from the dale of publication of this notification in the
official Gazette.
