No. Governor of Haryana is satisfied that the land specified below
is needed by the Government, at public expense, for the public purpose, namely for the construction
of building for Police Station, Ding and its staff quarters in tehsil and district Sirsa, for which
Haryana Government, Home Department, notification No. 754/13-4, dated the 16th January, 1995
under section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, has been published, it is hereby declared
that the land described in the specifications below is needed for the above purpose.
This declaration is made nnder the provisions, of section 6 of the Land Acqutsition Act
1894, for the iniormation of all to whom it may concern.
The plan of the lend may be inspected in the office of the District Revenue officer -cum -Land
Acquisition Collector, Sirsa, district sirsa.

finalised.

from time to time.

6. The term or the proposed Committee will be only extended period of six months.
