No. it appears to the Governor of Haryana that tho Ian Is likely
to be required to be taken by the Government at public expense for public purpose, canst8. a road
from Dudiwala to Golpura road in district Bhiwani, it is hereby notified that the land described in
the specification below is likely to be acquired for above purpose.
This notification is made under the provision of section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894
to all whom it may concern.
In exercise of the powers conferred by the aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana Is pleased
to authorise the officers, for the time being engaged in the undertaking, with their servants and
workmen to Wet'upon and survey any land in the locality and do all other acts required or permitted
by that section.
Any person interested who has any objection to the acquisition )e lartl in the locality

No. 943-Spl. Ce11-1-95/3414.--Whereas it appears to the Governor of Haryana that land
described In the specification below is needed by the Government, at public expense, for a public
purpose, namely, for free allotment of residential plots to landless/homeless Harijans, members or
backward classes and economically weaker persons in village Sheikhpura, tehsil and district Karnal,
it is hereby notified that the land described in the specifications below is needed for the above
purpose.
This notification is made under the provisicns of section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, for
the information of all to whom it may concern.
In exercise of the powers conferred by the aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana hereby
authorises the Collector, Karnal and such other officers and officials, for the time being engaged in the
undertaking, to enter upon and survey the land in the locality and to do all other acts required or
permitted by that section.
Any person interested, who has any objection to the acquisition of the land in the locality may,
within a period of thirty days of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, or in two daily
newspaper ciiculating in the locality of which at least one shall be in the regional language or
publicity in the iocality whichever is later, file anobjection, If any, in writing before the Sub -Divisional
