The 16th January, 1995
the land specified below is
needed by the Government, at public expense, for a public purpose, namly, for the construction of build-
ing for Police Station, Ding, and its staff quarters in tehsil and district Sirsa, it is hereby notified that
f the land specified below is needed for the above purpose.
This notification is made under the provisions of section 4 of Land Acquision Act, 1894, for the
information of all to whom it may concern.
In exercise of the powers conferred by the aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana hereby
authorises the officers, with their servants and workmen for the time being engaged in the undertaking to
enter upon and suryey the land in the locality and to do all other acts required or permitted by that section.
Any person interested, who has any obfection to the acquisition of the land in the locality, may,
within a period of thirty days of the pubfication of this notification in the Official Gazette or in two
daily newspapers circulating in the lccality of which atleast one shall be in the regional k rguage or
publicity in the locality, whichever is later, file an objection in writing before the District Revenue
Officer -cum -Land Acquisition Collector, Sirsa, district sirsa.
The plans of the land may be inspected in the office of District Revenue Officer -cum -Land
Acquisition. Collector, Sirsa, district Sirsa.

No. it appears to the Governor of Haryana that the land specified
below is needed by the Government, at public expenses, for a public purpose namely for the
construction of Sajuma Minor from RD 0 to 14000 off taking from RD 25500-R Dhamtan Sub-
Branch of Villages Sajuma, Dewal, Dhundheri and Guhna, Tehsil Kaithal, District Kaithal.
It is hereby notified that the land in the locality described below is required for the above
purpose.
The notification is made under provisions of section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 for
information of all to whom it may concern.

required or permitted by this section.
Whereas any person interested who has any objection to the acquisition of the land in the
locality may, within a period of 30 days of the publication of this notification, file objection in
writing before the Land Acquisition Officer, Ambala.
The plans of the land may be inspected in the office of Land Acquisition Officer, Ambala
and the Executive Engineer, Kaithal Division, Irrigation Branch, Kaithal (rvilamed Pundri Water
Services Division, Kaithal).
