No. 50/4/9 provisions of clause (c) of section 3 of the Land Acquisition
Act, 1894, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints Shri Rattan Lal, HCS, Sub -Divisional Officer
(Civil), Ellenabad to perform the functions of a Collector under the said Act within the limits of the
Ellenabad Sub -Division of the Sirsa District.

Restitution of Mortgaged Lands Act, 1938 (Punjab Act IV of 1938), the Governor, of ft iryana hereby

appoints Shri Rattan Lal, HCS, Sub -Divisional Officer (Civil), Ellenabad to pei form the ditties of a
Collector under the said Act within the limits of the Ellenabad Snb-Division or the Sirsa
District.

Government Land Act, 1912 (Punjab Act V of 1912) Shri Rattan Lal, HCS, Sub -Divisional Officer (Civil),
Ellenabad is appointed as a Collector, to perform all the functions and exercise all the powers under
sections 17, 20 (3), 24, 25, 26, 32, 33 and 34 of the said Act within the limits of the Ellenabad Sub-
Division. of Sirsa District over the lands to which the said Act applies in respect of all state owned lands
in the Sub -Division under the management of the Public Works Depattment, Haryana.
No. 50/4/9 conferred by sub -clause (b) of clause (9) of section 2 of
the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Act No. II of 1899), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints Slid Rattan Lal, .
H.C.S.. Sub -Divisional Officer (Civil), Ellenabad to perform the duties of a Collector under the said Act__
within the limits of the Ellenahad Sub -Division of the Sirsa. District..

of Criminal procedure, 1973, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints Shri Chancier Sahar, HCS,
Extra Assistant Commissioner as an Executive Magistrate in the Bhiwani District from the date of his
taking over charge of such duties in the District.

Criminal Procedure, 1973, Shri Chander Sekhar, H.C.S. Sub -Divisional Officer (Civil), Loharu an
Executive Magistrate is placed in charge of the Loharu sub -division of the Bhiwani District from
the eate of his taking over charge of duties in the District.
No. exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Punjab Land
Revenue Act, 1887 and section 105 of the Punjab Tenancy Act, 1887, the Governor of Haryana hereby confers
on Shri ('hander Sekhar, H.C.S., Sub -Divisional Officer (Civil), Loharu the powers of a Collector to I
hear appeals from the orders and decrees of Assistant Collectors of the 1st and 2nd Grades, under the aforesaid
Act, such powers shall be exercised by the said Shri Chander Sekhar, H.C.S., within the limits of the
Loharu Sub -Division of the Bhiwani District.
