long sentences from an early age.
JamieBennetthasbeenaprisonmanagersince1996andiscurrentlyGovernorofHMPGrendonand
Spring Hill. Dr Bennett is also a Research Associate at the University of Oxford and has edited Prison
ServiceJournalsince2004.HehaswrittenwidelyonprisonsandwasawardedaPhDattheUniversityof
