2. Proceedings No. 6286/M/2000, dated 09.04.2003 of the ADM&G, Ongole.
3.This office Letter No. 1465/MS/MRKP/2013, dated 26.10.2013.
4.Letter dated 10.11.2013, received on 13.11.2013 along with 6 sets of fair
Mining Scheme from the applicant / RQP.

In exercise of the powers conferred as per amended Rule 22(4a) of Mineral Concession
Rules. 1960 read with G.O. Ms. No. 232, dated 18.04.2001; G.O. Ms. No. 1183, dated
28.06.2005 and G.O.Ms. No. 113 Industries & Commerce (M~f) Department, dated 08.11.2010.
I hereby approve the Mining Scheme for the period i.e., 2013-14 (part) to 2017-18
(ending 31.03.2018) for Quartz over an extent of 8.810 hectares in Sy.Nos. 127/1B, 2B, 3B.
128/1, 2 & 3 and 116/1. 2 & 3 of Motravulapadu Village, Pamur Mandal, Prakasam District in
favour of M/s Chettinad MB-F Hi Silica Ltd under Rule 12(4) of MCDR 1988. This approval is
subject to the following conditions.
1. This Mining Scheme is approved without prejudice to any other laws applicable to
the mine area from time to time whether made by the Central Government, State
Government or any other authority.
It is clarified that this approval of the Mining Scheme does not in any way imply
the approval of the Government in terms of any other provisions of the Mines
and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act 1957 or the Mineral Concession
Rules1960 and any other laws including the Forest Conservation Act, 1980.
3. The Mining Scheme is approved subject to strictly adhering to the Relevant
Regulations of MMR 1961 and obtaining prior permission from Director General
Mines Safety whenever and where ever it is required.
The approval authority does not owe the responsibility with regard to
Assessment of the reserves, erroneous certification made by the R.Q.P. if any
and approval is tentative subject to modification on new findings at a later
date as per the provisions of (23 B & 23 D) of M.C.D.R. 1988 since the
evaluation is done on random basis.
