Bar Measurements
Standard Bar Measures Notes
1 Dash/Splash 1/32 ounce 1/2 oz. of liquor is equal to 1 count. Assuming you are
using a pourer on your bottles, to measure 1/2 oz. of
1 Teaspoon 1/8 ounce liquor, count "1001... 1002 ... 1003" as you are pouring.
After a while, you should be able to do it by eye.

To make highballs, fill glass two-thirds full of ice
1 Pony 1 ounce before adding liquor. Always pour liquor in before
the mixer. Do not stir drinks containing carbonated

Bloody Brain Blue Hawaiian Bonny Doon
3 oz. strawberry schnapps 2 parts coconut rum 1 1/2 oz. scotch
1 1/2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream 1 part blue curacao 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
dash of grenadine 3 parts pineapple juice 2 tsp. Benedictine
pour schnapps into lowball dash of orange juice combine over ice, shake, and
glass, dribble Bailey's in stir in highball glass strain into lowball glass
middle, dash of grenadine

2 part vodka 1 1/2 oz. triple sec
1 1/2 oz. tequila 2 parts sour mix 1 1/2 oz. tequila

1 1/2 oz. light rum 1 1/2 oz. bourbon 1 oz. gin
1 oz. grenadine fill with ginger ale or club soda 1/2 oz. dry vermouth
1 oz. orange juice serve in highball glass 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
splash of passion fruit syrup lemon twist splash of orange juice
dash of 151 rum shake, strain into cocktail glass
blend, serve in lowball glass orange slice

Boston Cocktail See Bloody Brain Bubble Gum
1 oz. brandy 1 1/2 oz. banana liqueur

shake, strain into lowball glass 2 oz. brandy dash of grenadine
2 oz. dark creme de cacao serve in lowball glass
2 oz. light cream

equal parts cinnamon
vodka, scotch, dry vermouth, 1 1/2 oz. gin
