availability oftheappropriationsfortheperiodofonemonthafterthecloseofsaidperiodfiscalyear.
Stateofficersareadvisedthat,by reasonoftheenactmentofthisclause,allunexpendedbalanceswill
lapse, unless otherwise provided, at the close of the one--month period unless they are reserved as
providedtherein.
TransmittalsoffundsdepositedbyeachStateagencyshallbeforwardedtotheDivisionofBudgetand
Accountinginaccordancewithexistingregulations. EachStateagencies’depositswillbecreditedtothe
appropriateaccount. ReceiptswhichmaybeappropriatedtoanyStateagencymaybeexpendedonlyin
accordancewiththeprovisionsoftheAct.
Stateagenciesshallforwardbillsforpaymentassoonaspracticable. Everyeffortwillbemadebythe
DepartmentoftheTreasurytofacilitatepayment,particularlythosebillssubjecttodiscount.
