Just wanted to confirm for my analysis that the following bills won’t have a fiscal impact on DPH: 
HB 241 – “Cove’s Law” 
HB 360 – Re: Expedited Partner Therapy 
Also, I’m currently also reviewing SB 193 that makes changes to the Positive Alternatives to Pregnancy and Parenting 
Grant Program, and would like estimates on any impact of those changes on DPH. In addition, if you could get me some 
sort of estimate on the medical cannabis oil impact, I would greatly appreciate it. We have a 5 day internal deadline for 
policy reviews of legislation and I have far surpassed that with these bills.
