Thanks for your call last week...very helpful! 

Another quick question: As we have received the Direct Service Provider invoices and receipts, we see that they are 
requesting reimbursement for payroll taxes on personnel whose salary is being paid for by the grant. Can we reimburse 
for payroll tax?
