Executive summery

The Rawalpindi Chambers of Commerce and industry is unified in promoting and
developing a strong and vital economy throughout Pakistan. The Chamber acts as a vehicle
for business professionals and individuals to work in concert for the common good of
business community.
RCCI have a long and proud history of interaction with the BUISNESS COMMUNITY
closely on issues of mutual concern and its play an important role in promoting and
enhancing the social and economic climate in which we live and work. Together this non-
profit organizations monitor both federal and provincial issues, from the business
community and convey these opinions to the policymakers.
4th All Pakistan Chambers Presidents Conference is a step ahead in the efforts of The
Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce & Industry in raising uniform voice of business
community for bringing economic reforms. The Chamber is incessantly committed towards
enhancing the role of business community in building strong liaison with Government
functionaries.

Introduction

RCCI management continuously appeals to the government to create an environment of
understanding between the business community and government. RCCI has taken several
initiatives in this regard. All Pakistan President Chambers Conference is one amongst such
dynamic ventures. In first conference which was held in Rawalpindi in 2009 the
participation was ostensible i.e. only thirteen presidents next year it was followed by 28
presidents and almost 40 presidents in the year 2011 ,and in 2012 almost 30 representative
of different chambers join from all over Pakistan to discuss the national economic issues
and present a joint declaration for the coming year
The conference is a joint Endeavour of the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and
Industry (RCCI) and Center for International Private Enterprises (CIPE) with an objective
to unite the representation of all trade association of Pakistan and to assert a united and
dominant influence on significant economic issues along with the performing advocacy
function for the policy makers. For example The Presidents of All Pakistan Chambers
jointly declare that the following steps should be taken for the economic uptake of the
country, known as
