ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
I would like to acknowledge the help received from
those who assisted, either directly or indirectly, with
the words found between these covers.
First, I would like to thank the many editors and work
ers at Hypech Publisher who skillfully enhanced and
improved many aspects of this book as it was brought
to fruition. Without Alexandra Lewis, my acquisitions
editor, this book literally would not exist. Sergio Craw
ford, my technical editor, did an outstanding job in
his review. I thank him for the numerous suggestions
and corrections that he provided. Finally, Mel Pearce,
my project editor was superb in pulling it all together,
while adding a professional touch and coherency to
the entire project.
I would also like to thank a former colleague, Kelly
Ding, who contributed to my understanding of Ac
counting, Finance, and Hyperion. Without her encour
agement and support, I might not start this Hyperion
book project.
Finally, and most especially, I would like to thank ev
eryone in my immediate family for their encourage
ment and support as I’ve dedicated myself to this proj
ect.
