This book is for all of you who want more love and romance in your lives! You
know someone wonderful is out there for you, but aren’t sure where or how to find
that future partner. Now you can use the power of contemporary Western feng
shui to transform your home and your heart into environments that will welcome
romance and support a lasting, loving relationship with the partner of your dreams.
Those of you who’ve read the first Fast Feng Shui book have learned the power
of feng shui as a tool for self-discovery and personal growth. With this new book,
you can harness that power to heal your home and attract romance, just like I did.
Fast Feng Shui for Singles draws on my personal experience, both as a feng shui
consultant and as a single person looking for romance. I learned the hard way that
the feng shui techniques I’d been told were effective didn’t work so well if I was
not ready emotionally for what I thought I wanted. It was only when I stopped
trying so hard to find a partner, and shifted my focus to using feng shui to resolve
past relationship issues and clear the energy of my home, that I was able to create
the inner foundation for meeting someone new—the wonderful man with whom I
now share my life and our beautiful home in Hawaii.
A cornerstone of the Fast Feng Shui philosophy is that you will get better re-
sults with feng shui, in faster time, when you focus on specific goals and target

In fact, there are far more than the promised 108 tips in these pages. I decided to
keep that number in the title because it is an important feng shui power number,
and reflects my intention to help you powerfully transform your love life and con-
nect with your perfect partner!
With this new ebook version, we’ve also added lots of hyperlinks and an ex-
panded Resources section. In all other ways, this book includes the complete text
of the original softcover version. The difference in the number of pages between
the two versions is due to minor changes we’ve made to the page format; none of
the original text has been left out. The ebook pages have been designed for opti-

Feng Shui & Your Love Life
FENG SHUI (say “fung shway”) is an ancient Chinese practice that aims to maximize
the beneficial movement of chi—the life force present in all things—through your
home. Feng shui means “wind and water.” Just as fresh air, clean water, and organic
foods nourish our physical bodies, so does fresh, clean chi nourish our lives.
Chi wants to meander through your home like a gentle breeze or a winding
stream. Where the flow of chi in your home is blocked or weak, it becomes like a
pond choked with algae and fallen leaves. You may feel tired, depressed, unable to
focus, hampered in your efforts to move forward in your life and connect with a
potential partner.
Where chi flows too strongly, it is like a hurricane or flood. You may feel out of
control, overly emotional, or anxious much of the time. Communication becomes
more difficult, and relationships can feel unstable as you struggle to “keep your
head above water” through what may seem like an endless string of bad luck.
Feng shui uses shape, color, texture, sound, light, symbolic imagery and the
arrangement of your furniture to adjust the energy of your home. Positive influ-
ences are encouraged and enhanced, while negative factors are corrected. The goal
is to create an attractive, safe, and nurturing space where you can live in comfort
and more effectively and successfully pursue your goals for a fulfilling love life.
A key principle of contemporary Western feng shui is that certain areas of your
home have a strong impact on specific aspects of your life. When the areas of your
home affecting your love life are cluttered, stagnant, or missing from your floor
plan, it can be difficult to attract and maintain a good relationship. Other feng shui
problems that may affect relationships include sha chi (negative energy) such as an
exposed beam directly over your bed.
