NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th January, 1997
O. N. 27(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) pf Section 22 of the Representation of the People
Act, 1951 (43 of 1951) the Election Commission of India further appoints the Officers of Government specified in column (2)
of the Table below in addition to the officers already appointed as Assistant Returning Officer vide Notification No. 434/MP-
HP/94(2), dated 25th October, 1995, as Assistant Returning Officer to Assist the Returning Officer of the Parliamentary Con-
stituency, specified in column (1) of the said Table against such Officer of the State Government in counting of votes during the
ensuing Bye-Election to the House of the People in Madhya Pradesh State:—
