Evil Character Traits Of Satan

Revelation 12:9, “And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and
Satan,
which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out
with him.”
I was thinking today about some of the evil
qualities of the Devil, and decided to share these
truths with my web visitors. I apologize to
everyone that I haven't been writing as many
articles lately. My heart has been heavy, my body
in pain due to my permanent neck injury, and I'm
just going through a tough time. Please
remember me when you pray each day. That is
the greatest help anyone could ever give me,
sincerely. Other than that, your continued love
and visiting my website ministry means very
much to me. I love everyone with God's love,
truly. By God's grace, my ministry will continue
until the Lord decides for me to come home to
Heaven, or I am unable to do do so. My heart is
still zealous over the truth, and I desire to very
much press onward for Christ.
The Holy Bible has much to say about Satan, that
is, the Devil. Let me say first that you won't find
the name “Lucifer” in most of the modern
corrupt Bible perversions. We find the name of Lucifer mentioned only one time in the
inspired King James Bible in Isaiah 14:12, “How art thou fallen from heaven, O
Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst
weaken the nations!” Future generations, who will no longer be familiar with the
King James Bible, may not know about Lucifer at all. This is a good place to begin our
Bible study, since “Lucifer” refers to the Devil before he rebelled in Heaven and was
cast down to the earth. This won't be an exhaustive study, but I want to emphasize
some of the destructive character traits of Satan, and how it threatens man.
The Devil is a Liar!
The Devil is a beautiful liar! John 8:44, “Ye are of your father the devil, and the
lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode
not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he
speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.” The first word
that comes to my mind when I hear the name “Satan” is the word “LIAR”!
There are so many lying wonders in the world today, especially in the United States,
which is a proxy for manmade Israel and the Luciferian elite (aka, Illuminati).
“Revelation 21:27, “And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that

defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they
which are written in the Lamb's book of life.” Revelation 22:15, “For without are
dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and
whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.” The horrific 9/11 attacks on the World
Trade Center in New York was a BIG LIE, a false flag attack, orchestrated by the
Luciferian elite to invade and conquer Afghanistan and Iraq, and establish the new
Department of Homeland Security to bring about the American Police State! We're
well on the way to becoming a Police State society!
Society's downward spiral into the immoral abyss of darkness, can only mean a
demand by victims and heathen politicians for more laws and regulations! Over one
million laws exist so far in the U.S., and there's no end in sight. Such over-policing can
only lead to a Godless Totalitarian Communist Police State! That is exactly what the
Luciferians behind the New World Order want, and it is working very effectively. Gun
control by liberals is slowly working, and when accomplished down the road in the
future, most Americans will be helpless to defend themselves against the tyranny of
the government's jackboot thugs! The days of freedom and liberty are numbered! It
ought to be considered that during the woeful oppressive time of the Russian Gulag's
in the early 20th century, in which roughly 15% of the Russian population were
enslaved into the deadly gulag prison camps to build Joseph Stalin's cities, 85% of the
population went about as usual. Tens of millions of people died under Stalin's
oppressive regime. It CAN happen here in America!
We know from the prophetic book of Revelation in God's Word, that there will be
many people murdered, tortured and enslaved during the Tribulation period. People
will be forced to receive the Mark of the Beast, or suffer the horrific consequences!
Without the mark, no one will be able to buy nor sell, which will effectively turn
them into outlaws. Countless victims will be slaughtered (Revelation 15:13-18). It will
be a frightening time on earth! That is where we are ultimately headed folks, so this
is no surprise. As Christian believers, we have the perfect peace of God that passeth
all understanding (Philippians 4:6-8), and we do not worry and fear as does the
heathen world. John 16:33, “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye
might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I
have overcome the world.”
John 16:33b, “...be of good cheer; I have overcome
the world.”
The Devil is a Thief!
John 10:10, “The thief cometh not, but
for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I
am come that they might have life, and that
they might have it more abundantly.” If he
can, the Devil will steal your joy, your family,
your marriage, your testimony, your health,
your possessions, even your very life!!! In the
Parable of The Sower And The Seeds in the
Holy Bible (Luke 8:11-15), the bird that
snatches away the seeds represents Satan, the

thief! God only knows how many lost souls, who almost got saved, will burn in the
Lake of Fire for all eternity without end, because Satan stole the seed of God's Word
from their soul.
I do not claim to understand it all, but Titus 2:11-12 teaches, “For the grace of God
that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying
ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in
this present world.” Somehow, someway, everyone receives some light from God. We
read about that light, which shines in the darkness. John 1:5, “And the light shineth
in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.” John 3:19, “And this is the
condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather
than light, because their deeds were evil.” God's obligation is to give light to every
human; and man's obligation is to receive that light. If a person receives the light sent
to them by God, then God is obligated to send them more light of the truth, so that
they can be saved by hearing and believing the Gospel (2nd Corinthians 4:3-4). No one
has ever been saved without faith in the Messiah, the Christ! The Samaritan woman
was looking for the Christ! John 4:25, “The woman saith unto him, I know that
Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things.”
My friend, please do not let the Devil steal the seed of God's Word from your heart,
least you perish in your sins in the fires of Hell. Oftentimes while I have been out
soul-winning, knocking on doors (Acts 20:20), I have had people slam the door in my
face while in the process of witnessing to another person. As I once witnessed to a
curious teenage boy with the Gospel of grace, his mother rudely slammed the door in
my face. Her son's eternal blood be upon her own foolish hands! Oh how the world
needs Jesus! Carefully ponder these Scriptures again. John 1:5, “And the light
shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.” John 3:19, “And this
is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness
rather than light, because their deeds were evil.”
The Devil is a Murderer!
It was Satan who murdered Job's ten precious and beloved children! Did you ever
think about that? God gave the Devil permission, but the Devil did it! Satan is a
murderer from the very beginning the Bible says. John 8:44, “Ye are of your father
the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the
beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he
speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.”
An estimated 200,000,000 victims have been murdered from the bloodshed of war
during the past two centuries worldwide. It is so sad and unthinkable! Life seems so
cheap, worthless and meaningless in lieu of all the warmongering, international
banking cartel greed that starts and funds such wars, and the nonsensical and fruitless
outcomes of such wars. During World War II, German soldiers brutally raped Russian
woman and girls, murdering their sons and husbands. When the war ended, Joseph
Stalin gave permission and told the Russian soldiers to gang-rape as many German
women as they could for least three days. Over 100,000 women were brutally raped.
Historic war pictures show raped women sitting in the gutter, hopeless of life.
History records that many of those women became pregnant, and thousands commit

suicide! Rape and war are synonymous, and will always be! War brings out the worst
evil man has in him! Satan is behind all those wars. Isaiah 14:16, “They that see
thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man
that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms.” As you just read, one
day when Lucifer is judged, the world will look upon him narrowly, pondering how
such a small wimp, nothing much to look at, could ever do so much damage and
wreak such horrific havoc on earth! The Devil is a coward, which is why occult groups
must all operate secretly, lest they be exposed and dealt with.
The Devil is an Accuser!
Revelation 12:10, “And I heard a loud voice saying in
heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the
kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the
accuser of our brethren is cast down, which
accused them before our God day and night.” I
always feel compelled to speak a word in defense, not of
believers who sin, but in defense of the accused.
The very name “Satan” means “The Accuser”! Revelation
12:10, “And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is
come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his
Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them
before our God day and night.” That sounds like the evil manure-spreading
newsmedia! All across America, local newspapers destroy lives by publishing
accusations against people! It doesn't matter if the accusations are true or false, they
are damaging! I am sure that most of the accusations made by the Devil to God about
believers are true! Carefully notice that Satan doesn't accuse the unsaved, the Holy
Bible says the Devil accuses “THE BRETHREN” (Christians).
My hero of the faith, Pastor Jack Hyles (1926-2001), was a righteous man, who stood
like no other preacher against sin and evil in America, and for that very reason he has
been relentlessly attacked like no other preacher! Dr. Hyles took a strong stand
against the shallow ecumenical crowd, with their counterfeit Bible versions,
sycophantic worship, worldly standards, and lack of soulwinning in their churches. For
these things, Pastor Hyles was hated by the new evangelical crowd. Consequently, Dr.
Jack Hyles' family has been unfairly persecuted. As one of my favorite preachers
(Pastor Danny Castle) said, “God pity the preacher that the world don't hate!” 2nd
Timothy 3:12, “Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer
persecution.”
You'll never be more like Satan than when you accuse others! I am not talking about
contending for the Christian faith. There is a fine line between a faithful believer who
exposes evil, and takes a faithful stand for God and truth; verses a wicked person who
is a critic, and goes around attacking people, stirring up hatred by bringing up
people's sins. In my ministry, I avoid condemning anyone for their sins, lest I condemn
myself (because I am a sinner too). I expose falsehoods, heresy, counterfeits Bibles,
immodesty and apostasy in today's churches, but it is not personal. Was Brother Hyles
condemning Bob Jones University by preaching against their corruptible seed? Of
course not, he was preaching THE TRUTH, judging righteous judgment! So we must be

careful that we are contending for the faith, and not accusing those who have sinned
and repented. Even the Lord Himself said in John 3:17 that He came not to condemn
the world, but to SAVE THE WORLD! John 3:17, “For God sent not his Son into the
world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.”
The only difference between the vilest unsaved sinner on this planet, and a born-
again believer, is the precious blood of Jesus Christ that washes our sins away! The
person who is right with God chooses to forgive and let the past stay in the past.
Proverbs 10:12, “Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love covereth all sins.” That is why
we read the precious words in Romans 8:34, “Who is he that condemneth? It is
Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of
God, who also maketh intercession for us.” Isn't that beautiful? Who has the power
to condemn a saved person? The obvious answer is NO ONE!
If you are a redeemed child of God, you appear as righteous as the Lord Himself in the
Father's eyes. Even if the whole world condemns a Christian, and that person is
rotting in prison for the rest of their natural life for a crime they've committed, if
they are a redeemed child of God THEY ARE NOT CONDEMNED! Why? It is because
Jesus paid the penalty (price) for our sins with His precious blood, which was shed on
the cross and sprinkled upon the heavenly Mercy Seat in the presence of God the
Father (Hebrews 9:12, 22-24; 12:24)! This is the imputed righteousness of God, which
is through faith in the Good News of the Lord Jesus Christ. Thank God for the precious
blood of Jesus that washed all our sins away!!!!!!!
The Devil is a Deceiver!
The prolific author George Orwell once
said, “During times of universal deceit,
telling the truth becomes a revolutionary
act.” We are now living in woeful times of
deception as the world has never know, so
much so that even most of the churches
have now embraced hundreds of
counterfeit English Bible versions authored
by Satan! God only authored ONE BOOK
folks! I believe we have that one precious
inspired Book in the English King James
Bible, the only Book that stands alone!!!
Beware of the never-ending rash of so-
called “new” and “improved” Bible
versions! Even in the ancient Hebrew and
Greek texts, many Scripture passages are
still very difficult to understand and discern, which means that God intended for it to
be hard to understand some passages! Think about that! We are warned in 2nd Peter
3:16-17 that unlearned and ignorant men wrest (twist) the Scriptures to their own
destruction. Please don't bid Godspeed to such wicked people by sanctioning the
modern perversions by using, selling and promoting them! Shame on Bob Jones
University! Shame on Moody Bible Institute! Shame on any Bible college that sanctions
the Satanic work of Westcott and Hort!

The Scriptures have much to say about Satan being a woeful deceiver. The Devil
deceived Eve...
1st Timothy 2:14, “And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being
deceived was in the transgression.”
The Devil is deceiving the whole world...
Revelation 12:9, “And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent,
called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he
was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.”
Revelation 19:20: “And the beast was taken, and with him the false
prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived
them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that
worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire
burning with brimstone.”
Revelation 20:10, “And the devil that deceived them was cast into
the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet
are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.”
Satan is a LIAR of liars!
The apostle Paul warned the Galatians about their partial faith plus works
false plan of salvation, just like I am preaching against the Lordship
Salvation heresy and false repentance (aka, “turn from your sinful ways to
be saved”) lie that has infected so many corrupt churches. Galatians 6:7,
“Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth,
that shall he also reap.” Did you read that? Paul, speaking under the
inspiration of the Holy Ghost, said, “BE NOT DECEIVED!” That is the
subject of the entire Epistle of Galatians. It is effectively a stern warning
to anyone who would add works to grace and pervert the Gospel of free
grace through faith alone (Galatians 1:6-9; 3:1-4). BE NOT DECEIVED the
Bible warns! Yet, the John MacArthur crowd are deceived! The Ray Comfort
crowd are deceived! The Paul Washer crowd are deceived! Lordship
Salvation is Calvinism, not the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ! JESUS PAID
IT ALL!!! ALL TO HIM WE OWE NOTHING!!! ETERNAL LIFE IS A FREE GIFT!
The Bible says that yielding our bodies back to God as a “living sacrifice”
(Romans 12:1-2) is “our reasonable service,” but it is not our mandatory
service to seal, validate nor maintain our free salvation which is in Christ
Jesus!!! Either God does the saving, all of it, or you don't get grace!!!
2nd Timothy 3:13, “But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse,
deceiving, and being deceived.”
Titus 3:3, “For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived,
serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating
one another.”
The Devil is a Church Member!

Revelation2:13, “I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's
seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in
those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you,
where Satan dwelleth.” Satan doesn't need to hang out in the taverns, casinos and
nightclubs, because he already owns them. The church is where the most damage can
be done. If I were the Devil I'd get into the Bible publishing business. I'd shadily
rewrite and publish hundreds of English Bibles to confuse everyone, corrupting the
Word of God each time just a little more, so that the genuine Holy Bible will lose it's
influence, trustworthiness and recognition. In time, I'd eventually obscure the true
Word of God amidst a confusing sea of impostures and counterfeits! That is exactly
what Satan has done!!!
As the churches today increasingly become more worldly, so also is the world
becoming more churchy! I tell you with all Biblical authority, that ANY so-called
“church” that embraces homosexual marriages (which is disgusting) and lesbian
ministers is 100% OF THE DEVIL!!! Shame on the American Baptist Convention, who
have now embraced the sodomite agenda. That is so evil!!! The Devil is a member in
their Satanic church for sure! When the Devil sneaks into a church, and that is what
he does, he gradually changes things to become like the sinful world (1st John 5:19).
The true New Testament Church has always been highly offensive to the heathen
world (John 7:7; John 15:19; 2nd Timothy 3:12). GET RIGHT WITH GOD!!!
The Devil is An Instigator!
In Job chapter one we read that Job instigated trouble, challenging God to strip Job
of his wealth, children and health. Job lost everything because God permitted Satan
to take it from him. Listen carefully dear reader, if the Devil could, he would do the
same thing to you and me as he did to job! The only thing that keeps the Devil from
taking away everything you own, including your health and very life, is God's
wondrous undeserving grace! That goes for the unsaved as well as the saved! Don't
you think, if the Devil could, that he would immediately murder every unsaved person
on the planet, so they would perish into eternal damnation in a burning merciless
Hell? You know he would! The Devil is an instigator.
It was Satan (as the serpent) who first approached Eve in the Garden of Eden, ruining
their paradise, instigating trouble!
It was Satan who provoked king David to sin, by numbering Israel without collecting
the tribute tax which was due to God. 1st Chronicles 21:1, “And Satan stood up
against Israel, and provoked David to number Israel.” God wants what is His! The
reason why God sent the Jews into captivity in Babylon for 70 years, was for one year
for every seven years they had failed to keep the Sabbath Day (Jeremiah 25:2). God
will get what is His, one way or the other my friend. 1st Corinthians 6:20, “For ye
are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit,
which are God's.” You have no right to live your life anyway you so choose; God
commands all men to repent (Acts 17:30), and obey His commandments (Ecclesiastes
12:13-14), which begins with believing the Good News (Gospel) of the Lord Jesus
Christ, Who died on the cross for our sins, was burial, and bodily resurrected three
days later (1st Corinthians 15:1-6; 2nd Thessalonians 1:8-9).
In Matthew chapter four the Devil came to Jesus to instigate trouble, tempting Him to

sin against God the Father.
Satan is a troublemaker! The Holy Bible says that the Devil entered into Judas. This
confirms that Judas was not saved, because it is absolutely impossible for a child of
God, all of whom are divinely indwelt with the blessed Holy Spirit, to also be
inhabited by a devil. Luke 22:3, “Then entered Satan into Judas surnamed Iscariot,
being of the number of the twelve.” John 6:70 teaches that Judas had a devil in
him! A believer can think like the Devil, and be influenced by devils (demons), but
there has never been a demon-possessed saint of God.
The Devil is a Con Man
The term “con man” comes from the word “confidence.” That is, a
con man instills confidence in his victims and takes advantage of
them, in any one of various ways. Usually the love of money, which is
the root of all evil, is involved (1st Timothy 6:10). However, Satan is
the ultimate con man, who doesn't want your money, he just wants to
destroy your life and take you to Hell forever (which is where he is
going). False religion instills confidence in their victims, a false sense
of security, like the calm in the eye of a deadly category 5 hurricane.
As Pastor Jack Hyles once wisely said in a sermon, “The man with no hope is better
off than the man with a false hope, because the man with no hope is still searching!”
Amen! I would 10,000 times rather be completely destitute of God, than to be caught
up in some demonic false religion, which has blinded me to the truth of the Gospel.
Roman Catholicism is the biggest Satanic cult on the planet, which has already
damned billions of souls to the pits of Hell beneath, to burn forever and ever and
ever!
Mormonism is another deadly deception, who require works to get to their false
heaven. Seventh-day Adventism is another deadly cult, whose philosophy is that works
are necessary to merit Heaven (as proven by their strange “Investigative Judgment”
heresy fabricated since 1844). What a damned cult! Jehovah's Witnesses, Lutherans,
Church of Christ, United Churches of Christ, Mooney's, Episcopalians, The Church of
England—all damned to an everlasting Hell by a false Gospel of partial faith in Christ
plus human effort (works)! The Devil is a con man!
Read what the inspired Word of God has to say about Satan's deceptive nature and
methods...
2nd Corinthians 11:13-15, “For such are false apostles, deceitful
workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no
marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the
ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their
works.”
2nd Corinthians 11:3-4, “But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent
beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be
corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he that
cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye

receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel,
which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.”
The Holy Scriptures warn us about “another Gospel” and “another spirit” and
“another Jesus,” that are all of the Devil! You cannot be saved from faith in a
counterfeit Jesus who is not God in the flesh (1st Timothy 3:16; Colossians 2:9 - All
Scriptures are quoted only from the King James Bible)! Jehovah's Witnesses (JW's)
deny Jesus' deity. They claim that Jesus and Lucifer are brothers, and that Michael
the archangel became Jesus. I'm not kidding! Folks, JW doctrine is straight out of the
pits of Hell! The same goes for the damned Catholic religion of idol worship,
sacramental salvation, and forbidding priests to marry (which is totally unscriptural -
1st Timothy 4:1-3). Have you believed a lie from the father of all lies?
The Devil is Not Your Friend
Genesis 3:4-5 and 11-13, “And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not
surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall
be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. ... And he said, Who
told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I
commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat? And the man said, The woman
whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat. And the
LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman
said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.”
Volumes of books could be written about this brief passage of Scripture. Satan is not
your friend! The serpent came to Eve and pretended to be her friend, letting her in
on a great tip. As you probably already know, anytime something seems to good to be
true, it usually is! The only exception is God's promise of free eternal life through
faith in Jesus Christ! It is hard to comprehend the wondrous reality, that the almighty
God Who created the universe, sent His only begotten Son to die on a cross for my
sins, so that I could have eternal life by simply believing on Him as my Savior. I am
humbled by the great thought. Wow! Now that is a true friend! John 15:13, “Greater
love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” You'll
never find a greater friend than the lowly Jesus.
There are billions of lost people already in Hell, hating themselves for rejecting the
free gift of eternal life, which comes only through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ! John
14:6-7, “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man
cometh unto the Father, but by me. If ye had known me, ye should have known
my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.”
Just as Satan beguiled Eve in the Garden of Eden, he'll hurt you too! Eve had it made
in paradise, but the Devil came to kill, steal and destroy. If you are married, ungodly
people will stand in line to kill, steal and destroy your marriage! This includes well-

for divorce is that someone talked them into it! Of course they did, because the
human heart is desperately wicked (Jeremiah 17:9). A marriage can only survive from
within, not without. If you are weak-minded, like Eve was, you will play the fool. If
you are foolish young ladies, you'll fornicate with that bum who falsely says he “loves
you,” and then he'll dump you! If you are a fool, you'll get the abortion when Planned

Herodhood talks you into it! Abortion is cold-blooded murder! If you are a fool, you'll
get that divorce when some ungodly marriage-meddler talks you into it! Divorce is a
sin! Please don't be the fool.
The Devil is not your friend! Many people think like the Devil. Jesus called the apostle
Peter, “Satan,” because he was thinking like the Devil, wanting to prevent Him from
going to the cross (Matthew 16:23). It is possible for even a believer to think like the
Devil. When anyone suggests a divorce, you are thinking like the Devil. Anyone who
files for divorce is behaving like the Devil. The only reason anyone can ever remarry,
and subject them self to a bunch of criticism, is because someone first sinned by
filing for divorce! 1st Corinthians 7:2 teaches for a believer to be married, to prevent
fornication, which means they need to remarry. That is why Jesus said the man who
divorces his wife forces her to commit adultery, when she remarries. Matthew 5:32,
“But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause
of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her
that is divorced committeth adultery.” Pastor Jack Hyles is correct, “Divorce is a sin
that perpetuates for a lifetime!” If she is already committing sexual immorality, then
a husband cannot be the blame for her committing adultery. Divorce causes adultery!
The Devil is not your friend! Please be aware of his tactics. Satan is subtle. The best
defense is a strong offense! Get into the Word of God. Love it! Read it! Memorize it!
Study it! Hear it preached! We all need a steady diet of the inspired Word of God. I
am talking about the precious King James Bible!!!
The Devil is Selfish
Isaiah 14:11-15, “Thy pomp is brought down to the grave, and the noise of thy
viols: the worm is spread under thee, and the worms cover thee. How art thou
fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the
ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will
ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also
upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend
above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Yet thou shalt be
brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.”
I find it very interesting that the Devil tempted Eve in the Garden of Eden, to commit
the same exact sin that he committed in Heaven. Lucifer said, “I WILL”...

2. I WILL EXALT
3. I WILL SIT
4. I WILL BE LIKE THE MOST HIGH
Lucifer was puffed up with pride, which always goeth before destruction. Proverbs
16:18, “Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.”
Lucifer had selfish aspirations of ascending from the earth above the clouds, exalting
himself in the presence of the angels, sitting upon Heaven's throne, and usurping
equality with God. Carefully notice that Lucifer didn't want to be greater than God,
he wanted to be “like” God. Lucifer sought equality with God. The serpent likewise
beguiled Eve. Genesis 3:5, “For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then
