This work has been long in the making, and there are many who
have supplied encouragement and assistance over the years. I would
like to single out a few for mention. Unfortunately Harry Dell is not
alive to read and comment on this a project first conceived in his
seminars. Waldemar Heckel, now some time ago, read an earlier
