Ordering
We make ordering easy with two simple options:
1) Pay by credit card or 2) Set up an account with us, and we will mail you an invoice, due within 30 days.
Returns
Order without fear. If you don’t get the right product, send it back. If you over order, send it back.
We will not charge a restocking fee, and we will pay the return shipping cost. Just call Customer Service at 888-863-5883,
and ask for a return label and an RMA number, so we can track your shipment back to us.
Note: Returned products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Custom band assemblies cannot be returned.
Products with a shelf life should be returned within a reasonable period after the purchase date.
