Certified Trainer and a Microsoft Certified Systems

I dedicate this book to my beautiful wife, Cassandra. With her, my life is full and
would be empty without. God has put us together and kept us together while our
love has only grown. Nearly 20 years ago we met, and it seemed that we were the
only two souls in the world because it felt as if I’d known you forever. The world
did not exist, and we knew we would be together always.
Along with my wife I also dedicate this book to our children, all fourteen:
the seven we have and the seven lost before birth. To Devyn, Logan, Caleb, Eilly,
Alyse, Morgan, and Grant: you were all loved, even before you were born, and
with love you endure to face this world. Never give in to the world, for you are
always loved. All of you are in my heart, never to leave it.
