Doesn’t it seem like there is a new “must-have” kitchen device available every time you turn around?
Advertisements, blog posts, and celebrity endorsements pile up, creating a frenzy to own said appliance
because it will change your life, save you time, or create food that is otherwise out of reach . So, you cave in
and buy one, and unless the device is exceptional and lives up to the marketing, it is soon relegated to a dark
kitchen cupboard or dusty corner of the basement in a sad appliance graveyard . Some appliances are shining
exceptions that become valuable additions to your daily routine and carve out a coveted space on your kitchen
counter . The air fryer is one of these exceptions; it is efficient, easy to master, and does everything promised
and more .
I am a relative latecomer to the air fryer brigade . I smaller meals, especially in the pursuit of healthy

and other products do not react the same way as
“regular” ingredients . You probably already know
the best choices for melting and for sauces, so use
your judgment . The times and temperatures are
calculated for the air fryer sitting in my kitchen, a

might take longer or shorter to cook the recipes,
and temperature might vary a few degrees in either
