The Telegraph article: Jo Cox's sister calls her 'perfect' and 'utterly amazing' as accused
murderer tells court his name is 'Death to traitors, freedom for Britain'; states among others:
“The case is being dealt with by the Crown Prosecution Service’s Special Crimes Counter
Terrorism Division and has been transferred to London because of its “special nature”. Mr Mair
will now appear for a bail hearing at the Central Criminal Court, the Old Bailey, on Monday,
although it is not anticipated he will request bail. Mr Mair’s defence solicitor, Keith Allen, said
his client had not yet indicated whether he would plead guilty or not guilty to the charges.”

Ecology of Peace Acting Clerk correspondence to West Yorkshire Police via Leeds Law Society
details the significant possibility that a few people in one or more military intelligence agency
with access to psychotronic technology; via their general psychotronic surveillance activities of

In accordance with that working hypothesis conclusion; as EoP Acting Clerk; I am writing to
request the fully informed consent of the UK Attorney General and Thomas Mair; and/or any
related individuals and/or organizations such as Labour and/or Britain First parties; etc; for
their written permission to file an Ecology of Peace culture Amicus Curiae brief to the court, for
the consideration of the Judge and/or Jury; in the case of UK v Thomas Mair.

The EoP Amicus will provide the court with alternative Ecocentric Ecology of Peace social
contract option legal arguments deemed too far reaching for emphasis by parties intent on
winning their particular Masonic War is Peace cases.

The EoP Amicus shall provide the court with a similar EoP argument filed on behalf of among
others Michael Adebolajo and Michael Adebowale, Beate Zschape and Wouter Basson; namely
that Thomas Mair is simply a low-level left/right, white/black, Muslim/Christian Ethnic-Conflict
foot-soldier symptom of the Masonic War is Peace -- 'War is a Masonic Breeding Slaves and
Cannon Fodder Fertility Religion for Human Sacrifice and Profit Racket' – international law
social contract.

Furthermore the EoP Amicus shall provide the court with detailed information detailing the
working hypothesis conclusion indications that Thomas Mair was at least partially
psychotronically coerced by one or more military intelligence agencies; to engage in his shooting
of Jo Cox; and that such military intelligence agencies motives for the psychotronic coercion of
Thomas Mair are founded upon well established rendulic rule military necessity doctrine
principles; based upon ‘Ecological Collapse Necessity Defence’ arguments.

Examples of recent ‘Not Guilty’ verdicts in Climate Necessity Defense activist cases:

Maidstone Maidstone crown court: The Jury’s majority verdict resulted in Judge David
Caddick finding six Greenpeace climate change activists not guilty of causing £30,000 of
criminal damage at a coal-fired power station; after five protesters scaled a 200-metre
chimney at Kingsnorth power station, Hoo, Kent, in October 2007. – The Guardian: Not
Guilty: The Greenpeace activists who used climate change as a legal defence.

New York: Manhattan Criminal Court: Ten climate change activists, who pled not guilty
to disorderly conduct charges, were found innocent; after their lawyers Martin Stolar
and Jonathan Wallace with the National Lawyers Guild argued that the public threat
posed by climate change is so severe the activists had no other choice but to commit acts
that violated the law and highlight Wall Street investment in the fossil fuel industry.
Occupy Wall Street: A new legal precedent may have been set during the trial of New
York Climate Change Activists.

Washington: Snohomish County Jury and Judge Anthony Howard found the Delta Five
not guilty of obstruction; but guilty of trespass; but would not face financial harm claims
or jail time for their actions of blockading an oil train in Everett; based upon their
sincere beliefs about the threats posed by fossil fuels in relation to climate change.
Common Dreams: No Jail Time for Delta 5 in Historic Case That 'Welcomes Jurors to
Climate Movement'.
Furthermore if the aforementioned EoP working hypothesis conclusions arguments and
evidence submitted in the EoP Amicus are found by Thomas Mair to be beyond reasonable
doubt accurate; and/or plausibly accurate; the court should allow Thomas Mair to consider
making a fully informed consenting enquiry as part of proceedings; whether to legally become a
member of the Ecology of Peace culture by signing an unconditional Ecology of Peace cooperator
written agreement Oath; thereby enabling the development of common law; with particular
reference to clarifying conflicts of law between Ecology of Peace cultures and Masonic War is
Peace cultures; similarly to the inter-cultural conflict of law between Masonic War is Peace
common law and indigenous law Masonic sub-cultures.

Paul Meerts: Culture and International Law: “Although not often explicitly mentioned,
culture is always at the centre of law and politics.”

Examples from Foreign Law: Masonic War is Peace Apartheid and Mandelatopia South
Africa:
SALC, Sept 1999: Report on Conflicts of law: P.22: 1.58. The South African Constitution
now provides an entitlement for invoking customary law in legal suits. Because ss 30
and 31 specifically guarantee an individual and a group's right to pursue a culture of
choice, it could be argued that application of customary law has become a constitutional
right. Previously, the state had assumed complete discretion in deciding whether and to
what extent customary law should be recognized, an attitude typical of colonial thinking,
for Africans were subject to whatever policies the conquering state chose to impose on
them. Now, however, the state has a duty to allow people to participate in the culture
they choose, implicit in this duty is a responsibility to uphold the institutions on which
that culture is based.’

SALC, June 1988: Report on Conflicts of Law 76: The Harmonization of the Common
Law and the Indigenous Law states: “Differences in culture are always likely to generate
differences in law with consequent conflicts of law ... The purpose of choice of law rules is
to select the law that will do justice in the case. It is the court's power (and
responsibility) to decide which law to apply, paying due regard to the parties' interests
and their choice of legal system.” It also provides for the following principles governing
choice of law disputes: (a) The nature of the conflict: where it is assumed that an
individuals personal law is a matter of their cultural affiliation; (b) Parties may select
the law to be applied; based upon objective and subjective reasonableness tests; (c)
Nature and form of a prior transaction; if parties disagree on each others choice of
applicable cultural law; (d) Subject matter and environment of a transaction; if deeper
clarification about cultural orientation is required; (e) The litigants' cultural orientation;
which can include the court taking notice of details as diverse as the parties' place of
residence, occupation, religion, education, style of dress, eating and sleeping habits, use
of bank accounts, preparation of wills and consultation with attorneys, communication
style, etc; (f) Exemption from customary or common law; as justified by the principle
that every person should be free to pursue a culture of choice, which implies that people
may not be involuntarily bound by a system of personal law; and legal certainty: where
an individual can unequivocally declare in advance of any litigation their personal law;
(g) Unifying choice of law.

Finally to the extent that the aforementioned EoP working hypothesis conclusions arguments
and evidence submitted in the EoP Amicus are found by the Judge and/or Jury to be beyond
reasonable doubt accurate; and/or plausibly accurate; they should be considered with regard to
a not guilty verdict and/or mitigation of sentencing of Thomas Mair.

Freemasonry’s Influence on British socio-cultural Masonic War is Peace
values and history.

Amicus means ‘A Friend of the Court’.

An Amicus brief is usually filed by an individual not directly involved in the case; or who has
information and evidence relevant to the case; or legal principles; which can provide the court
with greater context to issues relevant to the case; which have not been brought to the attention
of the court by either party; too intent on fighting to win their respective cases; by proving
themselves ‘right’ and their opponents ‘wrong’.

As detailed the EoP application for Certiorari in the matter of Alien v Reporters Committee for
Freedom of the Press: Amicus filings have substantially affected the development of
considerable Supreme Court substantive jurisprudence, figuring prominently in many
landmark opinions. Several empirical studies have ascertained that Amicus briefs have
significantly influenced the Justices’ determinations to grant petitions for writs of certiorari and
the underlying Supreme Court decisions on the merits. Most judges and lawyers think Amicus
briefs can provide valuable assistance to the Court in its deliberations; such as presenting an
argument or citing authorities not found in the briefs of the parties, and these materials can
occasionally play a critical role in the Court's rationale for a decision. Amicus briefs can provide
important technical or background information which the parties have not supplied;
consequently Amicus participation can critically improve judicial decision-making. Amicus
involvement may also enhance court transparency, judicial accountability, and the legitimacy
and public acceptability of appellate substantive determinations regarding controversial
questions. Promoting Amicus access to courts also fosters important first amendment values,
such as freedom of speech and the right to petition.

Ecology of Peace Applicants Legal Guerrilla Warfare:

The purpose of the Ecology of Peace Applicants educational and legal guerrilla warfare
campaign is to nonviolently de-industrialize and reduce consumption and procreation to
ecological carrying capacity limits; by implementing an Ecology of Peace international law social
contract; that requires all the world’s citizens to procreate and consume below ecological
carrying capacity limits; and consequently holds breeding and/or consumption scarcity
combatants accountable for their ‘Crimes of Aggression Acts of War’. Put simply in terms of
ICC Prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampos red/green light international law analogy; individuals
breeding and/or consuming above ecological carrying capacity limits should be considered guilty
of procreation/consumption crimes of aggression acts of war; i.e. have crossed the red light.

The Ecology of Peace culture’s definition of ‘crimes of aggression acts of war’ is as follows: “Any
individual who is found guilty of advocating on behalf of, legislating, enforcing, or obeying any –
cultural, religious, common, statutory, constitutional, or international – ‘scarcity combatant’
social contract; which enables or advocates on behalf of human procreation, consumption or
production of resources that transgress ecological carrying capacity limits, is guilty of the ‘crime
of aggression act of war’.”

Carrying Capacity Sustainability: I=PAT Equation:

For activities to be genuinely sustainable it must be possible for them to continue indefinitely.
The impact of humanity on the environment and the demands that people place on the
resources available on the planet can be summarized by what is known as the Ehrlich or IPAT
equation, I=PAT. I = impact on the environment or demand for resources, P = population size, A
= affluence and T = technology. The two most important conclusions deriving from this IPAT
footprint relationship are that: (i) the Earth can support only a limited number of people, at a
certain level of affluence, in a sustainable manner; and (ii) Population and Consumption must
be reduced to below carrying capacity.

An individuals IPAT footprint is a result of: (A) Consumption Footprint multiplied by (B)
Procreation Factor.

Consumption Footprint: Consumption footprint calculators are based upon Global Footprint
Application Standards, and calculate an individuals consumption footprint based upon various
questions about their consumption lifestyle’s; and provide a final consumption footprint in
global hectares which is the individual’s ‘consumption footprint’; i.e. the amount of global
productive land required for the production of products the individual consumes. Consumption
Footprint calculators can be found at among others: Global Footprint Network; Earth Day;
Center for Sustainable Economy; EcoCampus.

Global Footprint concepts were developed by among others: Dr. Mathis Wackernagel; Dr.
William Rees; Dr. Herman Daly and the Global Footprint Network Standards Committee is one
of two committees overseeing scientific review procedures and standards for Footprint
calculations.

Procreation Factor: According to the research of Paul Murtaugh: A parent increases their
consumption footprint by a factor of 20 for every child procreated.

Carrying Capacity aka Biocapacity Limits: “The maximum number of individuals that can
be supported sustainably by a given environment is known as its ‘carrying capacity’. Worldwide
the total amount of biologically productive land and sea amounts to 12 billion global hectares
(gha); or 1.8 gha each if divided by 6.7 billion each. Guerrylla Laws are drawn up in accordance
with the proactive conservation policies of Bhutan, who set aside 40% of their biologically
productive to be returned to its natural state, for other species and wildlife conservation
purposes; then that means that the total amount of biologically productive carrying capacity
land available to humans is 60% of 12 billion; which amounts to 7.2 billion gha total; or 60% of
1.8 gha, which is 1 gha each.
Population factor is relevant, because the more humans there are, the less biologically
productive land there is for everyone else.

For example:

Biocapacity limits of 6.7, 3.5, 1 Billion, 500, 250 & 100 Million humans: 7.2 billion global
hectares of biologically productive land and water divided by (a) 6.7 billion humans, equals: 1.07
gha each; (b) 3.5 billion equals 2.05 gha each; (c) 1 billion equals 7.2 gha each; (d) 500 million
equals 14.4 gha each; (e) 250 million equals 28.8 gha; (f) 100 million equals 72 gha each.

summarized as following:

resources are finite; (c) When humans breed or consume above ecological carrying capacity
limits, it results in resource conflict; (d) To sustainably protect and conserve natural resources
in accordance to local and national carrying capacity limits; and restrict national and
international inter-cultural, racial and religious resource war conflict; humans must reform
and/or abolish the Masonic War is Peace international law social contract; and cooperate to
implement an Ecology of Peace international law social contract that restricts all the worlds
citizens, from all races, religions and classes; to breed and consume below ecological carrying
capacity limits.

In God’s ‘Religions of Peace’ commandment language terminology:

“Humans who are members of Religions of Peace shall advocate on behalf of, legislate, enforce
and obey laws which support the implementation of an international law social contract that
require humans from all races, religions, classes and cultures to procreate and consume below
ecological carrying capacity limits.”

In David Eden Lane’s ‘14 words’ terminology:

“Humans – from whatever race, religion, class or culture – who value responsible freedom,
honour, justice and their racial, religious or cultural posterity; must cooperate to legally protect
the natural capital foundation of all life for all species; by implementing an Ecology of Peace
international law social contract; that restricts all of earths citizens procreation and
consumption to below ecological carrying capacity limits; thereby securing the indefinite
existence future of earth’s natural capital foundation and by extension the resource foundation
