The purpose of EEEC-14 is promoting the creativity of the Chinese nation in the scope of Electronics and
ElectricalEngineering.Electronics,aswellasElectricalEngineeringarealwaysthecompanionofElectricaland
Electronics.
WhenwewerecollectingthepapersfortheConferenceonElectronicsandElectricalEngineering,theinter-
estingthingswerethatanumberofauthorswerequitekeentolookforthesamechancetomakepublicthe
theoreticalworksofintellectualcreativityorformalresultsofscientificresearchorpractice,writtenbythose
whoaretheirformerclassmates,campusfellows,friends,relatives,colleaguesandcooperators.Itisreallya
chanceforustoorganizeachanceforoursmartintellectualstoexpose,exchangeandconfidentlyapproveeach
otherandthevalueoftheirarduouswork.
Electronics is one of the most important matters of our life and with us as ever we have existed, unlike
computer or information technology but unfortunately we have never known all Electronics we have used
aroundus.Nevertheless,wehavebeenworkingveryhardtodiscovernewsourcesofenergyweareinneed
ofandstrivingnon-stopfornewsyntheticstuffsorman-madematters.Highdemandhaspushedourscholars,
expertsandprofessionalstocontinuethemission,notonlyforthematerialsthemselvesbutnon-periloustothe
lifeandenvironmentaswell,causingtheleasthazardtotheworld.Weappreciateourauthorsconsciouslyto
involveintothatmission.
Asia-Pacific Electronics and Electrical Engineering Conference was scheduled to hold in Shanghai from
