Area of Expertise & Relevant Pictures:
Her Doctoral of Philosophy in Computer Science, specialize in Software Engineering at UTM.
She is a member of Malaysian Software Engineering Interest Group and Rasch Measurement
Malaysian Chapter committee. She served as an editorial board for International Journal of
Science and Engineering Technology. She actively being a reviewer for several international
conferences, international and national journal and . In addition, she was elected as chair-
person session in Harvard International conference, iUser UiTM and UNISEL symposiums. Her
field of expertise is in software requirement, requirement engineering, analysis, system
integration, elearning, software maintenance and Software Engineering Education. Her current
research interest is on skill gaps among Software Engineering Education, Research
Management and Monitoring System, System Integration, Knowledge Management, Resource
Management System during disaster, Requirement Engineering and Collaborative Work
between Academia-Industry, Rasch Measurement Model and Smart Classroom. She has been
very active in scholarly journals writing and publishing citation index/impact factor
international/local journal papers. Before joining UNISEL, she experiences the practice in
TNB Berhad (2000) as a trainee, Institute Technology Perisian (2003) as Trainee cum
Software Developer, MRCB (2003) as a Trainee cum System Integrator, Allied
Solution Sdn. Bhd(2004-2005) as System Engineer and Head of Program for Knowledge
Management (2008-2009). She has had an experienced in leading the curriculum
development initiatives in various academic programs especially in the area of Master program
in software engineering. While serving UNISEL since 2005, she has held administrative
positions as Club Advisor, MQA Coordinator, UNISEL examination secretariat and committees
to faculty business plan and strategic management and Head of Research and Development for
FCSIT, UNISEL.
