It’s the most wonderful time of the year: cosy nights in front of the fire, twinkly lights and crafting
galore. This sort of creative hibernation, even if only for an afternoon, is a great chance to work
through your stash and whip up some truly original creations. Speaking of which, this issue will be
my last for a while – I'm heading off on maternity leave until the summer.
SSSSaaaarrrraaaahhhh
Don't worry, though, I'm leaving you in very safe hands: this lovely team
will continue to provide lashings of creative inspiration and project ideas to
see you through 2O17. Thanks for supporting our mag and wish me luck!

Blog of the month
Crafty superstar Amy Larkin runs the fun and colourful blog The Glitter
in My Tea (theglitterinmytea.com). Initially born as a way of keeping her
friends and family updated when she left for college, Amy’s website swiftly
transformed into a hub for original ideas and quirky projects.
How would you describe your signature crafting style?
‘Colourful’, ‘cheerful’ and ‘clever’. I always try to think of unique
DIYs that have bright colours and will make my followers
smile. Ultimately, I am always striving to be a source of creative
inspiration to others. Whenever anyone tags me in their Instagram
