ThisworkcomprisestheproceedingsoftheInternationalConferenceonBigDataand
CloudComputing(ICBDCC’21).Thisconferencewasorganizedwiththeprimary
theme of promoting ideas that provide technological solutions to the big data and
cloud computing applications. ICBDCC provided a unique forum for the prac-
titioners, developers and users to exchange ideas and present their observations,
models,resultsandexperienceswiththeresearcherswhoareinvolvedinreal-time
projectsthatprovidesolutionsforresearchproblemsofrecentadvancementsinbig
dataandcloudcomputingtechnologies.Inthelastdecade,anumberofsophisticated
and new computing technologies have been developed. With the introduction of
newcomputingparadigmssuchascloudcomputing,bigdataandotherinnovations,
ICBDCC provided a high-quality dissemination forum for new ideas, technology
focus,researchresultsanddiscussionsontheevolutionofcomputingforthebenefit
