PREFACE
The Directory of Agencies Serving Individuals With
Disabilities (0-21) Is published through the Child
Find/Serve program of Region IV Education Service
Center. The directory has been developed to assist
agencies and organizations which provide services
to individuals with disabilities, ages birth through 22.
Ideally, the directory will serve as a basis for coordi¬
nated planning and service delivery to these children
and youths.
This directory lists direct service providers within the
geographic boundaries of Region IV. Also included
is a limited selection of statewide resources, national
organizations and local parent/advocacy groups
which provide information and other services.
No attempt has been made in the directory to evalu¬
ate the quality of services. If appropriate organiza¬
tions do not appear in the directory, contact Region
IV for consideration for the next edition.
