Dear Judges,
Due to the recent departure of DCIJ Ed Kelly, I am looking for a judge interested in an immediate
detail to Falls Church to cover several of DCIJ Kelly's functions. This judge would serve as a judicial
senior advisor reporting to me as the Chief Judge, and would be a critical part of the OCIJ senior
management team. This advisor would be the primary point of contact for communications and
liaison between OCIJ and multiple internal Agency components, as well as with other governmental
partners and external stakeholders. The detail would be for an initial period of 120 days.
