Dedication
To Mom and Dad, and Matthew, who understand what
I do for a living.
To Craig, for reminding me that there is life before, during,
and after a book.
To Jupiter, for fulfilling his fur quotient on my keyboard.
To the many people I have worked with and continue to work
with to make computers a fun tool for the task at hand.
And to all technical support people, the unsung heroes
ofthe industry.
