摘 要
随着绿色智慧矿山概念的不断发展，对处于高瓦斯粉尘的矿井下用电设备的
安全用电性提出了更高的要求。目前矿井下用电设备的供能方式主要有三类，即通
过受电弓架线接触性供电、柴油机供电和蓄电池供电。
单轨吊车以其具有牵引能力强、工作效率高的优势已经被广泛应用于国内外
的煤矿开采运输系统中。对于单轨吊车而言，采用接触性供电的方式会由于电线的
接触产生火花，甚至爆炸；采用柴油机供电易污染环境，且柴油不可再生，非绿色
环保；采用蓄电池会受到电池容量的限制，无法进行远距离的施工操作。
为解决上述问题，本文提出了将动态无线供电技术应用于单轨吊车系统，既可
以避免接触性供电带来的安全性问题，又可以克服柴油能量不可再生及蓄电池供
电方式带来的续航里程不足问题，且能降低车载电池容量需求，提高电能补给的便
捷性。针对矿井下单轨吊车无线供电系统的设计，本文的具体研究工作如下：
首先，针对矿井下单轨吊车无线供电系统的传输能量核心——耦合机构进行
分析和对比，建立耦合机构的磁路模型，从磁芯用量、实际安装环境约束及线圈缠
绕设计等多角度进行设计，提出了适用于矿井下单轨吊车无线供电系统实际应用
的耦合机构结构。
其次，从工作频率的选定、减少线圈和磁芯耗材、降低电容电感电压及电流应
力及提高系统的耦合性能的角度出发，对耦合机构进行优化设计，设计了传输功率
为20kW的耦合机构具体参数。从降低电磁辐射，保证单轨吊车车内工作人员的人
身安全的角度出发，设计了单轨吊车供电系统的电磁屏蔽结构，使工作人员所处电
磁环境低于国际标准阈值。
随后，设计了无线供电系统供电电路，确定了发射源和接收端变换器的结构，
及采用的补偿电路形式。针对电池负载恒流充电需求，设计了合理的控制方案，并
通过仿真得到验证。针对系统的各部分损耗，进行了分析和计算，以便对系统设计
方案做出评价。
最终，搭建了单轨吊车动态无线供电系统原理性样机。在实验平台的基础上，
实现了系统频率为85kHz下，1kW的动态供电，磁耦合机构效率为93%，同时系
统实现了闭环控制，控制电池充电电流恒定。系统在移动过程中，输出功率波动仅
为2.43%，实验结果验证了本文设计方案的正确性。

Abstract
With the continuous development of the concept of green smart mines, higher
requirements have been put forward for the safe use of electricity for underground
electrical equipment in high gas dust. At present, there are three main types of energy
supply methods for underground power equipment, namely, power supply via pantograph
wire contact, diesel engine power supply, and battery power supply.
Monorail cranes have been widely used in coal mining transportation systems at home
and abroad for their advantages of strong traction and high work efficiency. For monorail
cranes, the use of contact power supply will cause sparks or even explosions due to the
contact of the wires; the use of diesel power supply is likely to pollute the environment,
and the diesel is non-renewable and non-green; the use of batteries will be limited by the
battery capacity and cannot be carried out. Long-distance construction operations.
In order to solve the above problems, this article proposes the application of dynamic
wireless power supply technology to the monorail crane system, which can not only avoid
the safety problems caused by contact power supply, but also overcome the problem of
insufficient cruising range caused by non-renewable diesel energy and battery power
supply, and can reduce the demand for on-board battery capacity, and improve the
convenience of power supply. Aiming at the design of the underground monorail crane
wireless power supply system, the specific research work of this article is as follows: First,
analyze and compare the coupling mechanism, the core of the transmission energy of the
underground monorail crane wireless power supply system, and establish the magnetic
circuit model of the coupling mechanism. The amount of magnetic core, actual
installation environment constraints and coil winding design are designed from multiple
angles, and a coupling mechanism structure suitable for the practical application of the
wireless power supply system of monorail cranes in underground mines is proposed.
Secondly, from the perspectives of selecting the operating frequency, reducing coil
and magnetic core consumables, reducing capacitor and inductor voltage and current
stress, and improving the coupling performance of the system, the coupling mechanism
was optimized and the coupling mechanism with a transmission power of 20kW was
designed. From the perspective of reducing electromagnetic radiation and ensuring the
personal safety of the staff in the monorail crane, the electromagnetic shielding structure
of the monorail crane power supply system is designed to make the electromagnetic
environment of the staff lower than the international standard threshold.

designed, the structure of the transmitting source and the receiving end converter, and the
compensation circuit form used were determined. In response to the constant current
charging requirements of the battery load, a reasonable control scheme was designed and
verified by simulation. For the loss of each part of the system, analysis and calculation
are carried out in order to evaluate the system design scheme.
Finally, a prototype of the dynamic wireless power supply system of a monorail crane
was built. On the experimental platform, a dynamic wireless power supply of 1kW under
the system frequency of 85kHz was realized, and the efficiency of the magnetic coupling
mechanism was 93%. At the same time, the system realized closed-loop control to control
the battery charging current to be constant. When the system is moving, the output power
fluctuation is only 2.43%, and the experimental results verify the correctness of the design
scheme in this paper.

第 1 章 绪论
1.1 课题研究的背景和意义
随着我国煤矿现代化程度蓬勃发展，带来的是矿井生产规模不断扩大，采掘设
备的机械化、自动化、重型化程度不断提高，这必然使得运送作业量剧增。因此，
发展安全、高效、智能的运输系统是我国煤矿工业现代化建设的一项重要而且迫切
的任务。
单轨吊车是煤矿运输行业的常见运输工具之一，如图 1-1所示，单轨吊车是用
一条吊挂在巷道上空的特制工字钢作轨道，由具有各种功能的吊挂车辆连成车组，
用牵引设备牵引，沿轨道运行的系统。单轨吊车能更有效地利用巷道断面，不受底
板因素影响；具有相当强的爬坡能力，能适应巷道起伏；弯道半径小，速度快，机
动灵活，且可进入多条分支轨道，可实现一条龙不转载运输，工作效率较高[1]。

自 1940年，德国安装并使用了世界上第一台动力输出单轨吊车，德国便在单
轨吊车的研发上处于世界领先的地位，1967 年，德国研制出第一台利用柴油驱动
的单轨吊车，1979年，世界上第一台由蓄电池驱动的单轨吊车也被成功研制[2]。此
后，前苏联、法国 、捷克、英国等国家也相继引进或研制单轨吊车，并主要应用
在矿业的开采上。
我国的单轨吊车的研发和利用较晚于上述发达国家，现在国内单轨吊车的生
产研发机构和生产厂家有太原矿山机器集团电气发展有限公司、潞安矿业集团、

安徽中捷矿山运输设备有限责任公司等。由上述公司名称可见我国的单轨吊车的
研发机构和生产厂家多数与矿业开采有关，加上我国的煤矿行业的发展速度较
快，使得单轨吊车主要且广泛用于煤矿运输和开采行业。
根据动力源不同，单轨吊车主要可以分为防爆柴油机和防爆蓄电池单轨吊车。
由于用于矿井下的单轨吊车工作时，不是采取线路直接进行供电的方式。这就使得
无论是防爆柴油机单轨吊车还是防爆蓄电池单轨吊车都面临一个问题：当柴油或
是电池电源要耗尽时，必须返回能量补给的位置补充能量后继续返回工作，这就大
大的降低了系统的工作效率。因此，设想可将动态无线供电技术用于在矿井下单轨
吊车，就可以使单轨吊车无限制的进行施工操作，从而达到降低车载电池容量需求，
有效增加电动汽车的续航里程，提高电能补给的便捷性。
在动态无线供电技术中，耦合机构作为传输能量的桥梁，是实现动态供电的最
关键部分之一。它不仅决定了系统的传输距离和侧移适应能力，还影响输出功率的
大小和稳定性，同时也是影响成本的重要因素。在矿井下单轨吊车无线供电系统属
于窄导轨式无线供电系统，对于井下的大功率运行的单轨吊车的耦合机构应具有
线路铺设成本少，线圈及磁芯损耗小的特点。单轨吊车工作时，有工作人员乘坐在
车内且矿井下空间有限，如果将现有窄导轨式耦合机构直接应用于矿井下单轨吊
车，会存在电磁辐射超标问题，不仅影响单轨吊车的正常运行，更会对车内工作人
员的健康造成威胁。因此本文将基于上述存在的问题，对现有的窄导轨式耦合机构
进行进一步的优化设计，从而提高耦合机构的耦合性能进而提高整个系统的工作
效率和降低系统的损耗，并提出合理的电磁屏蔽方案，保障工作人员能处于安全的
电磁环境之中。
1.2 国内外研究现状
1.2.1 动态无线电能传输技术国内外研究现状
无线电能传输技术最早由伟大的物理学家尼古拉.特斯拉提出，他利用两个线
圈成功的点亮了近距离的两个灯泡。此后，他于 1900 开始构建了高为187米的特
斯拉塔，用以为全世界传输能量，但由于当时的财政问题和历史问题，特斯拉这一
伟大构想并未实现[3]。此后的近一百年来，无线电能传输技术处于停滞不前，不受
国内外研究人员关注的局面。2007 年，美国麻省理工大学研究团队在自然科学领
域顶级期刊《science》发表了一篇文章，该团队利用谐振无线电能传输技术成功点
亮了2 米外的灯泡，其研究装置见图1-2所示[4]。这次突破性的进展，以及美国自
然科学期刊的影响力，使得无线电能传输技术重新被国内外的科研团队重视，并成
