the Federal Government.
I would like to acknowledge Jimmy Stewart and Fred Varn ofSouthern Division,
Naval Facilities Engineering Command who introduced me to Design-Build Order
Contracts (DBOC) and were instrumental in obtainment ofmaterials and research on
DBOC.
