Delhi, the 7th January, 2020
No. DMC/Elections/2019-20/287702.—Election of eight members to the Delhi Medical Council from
amongst registered practitioners is being conducted. Nominations may be submitted by registered practitioners
of Delhi Medical Council in the prescribed nomination form. Every nomination shall be submitted alogwith a
non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) payable in the form of a Demand Draft
favouring Delhi Medical Council payable at New Delhi.
1. Last date for receipt of nomination 06.02.2020 (Thursday up to 4:00 PM (excluding
papers at the office of the Delhi Saturday, Sunday and public Holiday

(b) Every voter shall produce proof of identity at the time of polling which shall be either Delhi
Medical Council Registration Certificate, Electoral card, Passport, Driving licence, Aadhar card or
any other Photo identity card issued by the Government.
