This proceedings contains the papers presented at the 2nd Congress on Intelligent
Systems(CIS2021),organizedbyCHRIST(DeemedtobeUniversity),Bengaluru,

Theconferenceofferedaplatformforbringingforwardextensiveresearchandlitera-
