This conference proceedings volume contains the written versions of most of the
contributionspresentedduringtheconferenceofICCVBIC2021.Thisconference

includingcomputationalvision,fuzzy,imageprocessingandbio-inspiredcomputing.
Thisconferencehasbeenagoodopportunityforparticipantscomingfromvarious

ICCVBIC2021conferencetendstocollectthelatestresearchresultsandappli-
