The production of this publication was realized through concerted efforts of the following
Actors;
• ECHO and Cordaid provided grants that enabled the production of this document;
• IIRR facilitated the learning process across the region;
• Implementing partners of Cordaid in Ethiopia, Kenya and Uganda tested the
CMDRR approach and shared their experiences upon which lessons have been
generated; and
• The communities who have embraced the approach as the direct beneficiaries of
the project.

writeshop in all the three countries are shared in section six of this document.
