Ivy sucked in a breath. “Rules?”
“Doesn’t matter,” he said, shaking his head. “You’ve
been making me a little nuts the last few days.”
“I have?”
He smiled and the curve of his mouth sent tiny electrical
shocks blasting through her system.
“Yeah. And you know it,” he said softly. “Every woman
knows when she’s driving a man crazy with want.”
“Want.”
Yes, she thought. Want was good. Want was very good.
Dear Reader,
I always loved the idea of actually owning a Christmas-
tree farm. The idea of being surrounded by the spirit and
magic of Christmas all year long really appealed to me.
Sadly, I’m not very talented when it comes to growing
things. So instead, I indulged my dream by creating a
heroine who lives on Angel Christmas Tree farm. Ivy
Holloway is a very upbeat, positive-attitude kind of girl and
she’s determined to make her tree farm a thriving, year-
round business.
The only problem is her new neighbor, Tanner King. He
designs computer games and works at home, so he needs
quiet. He bought the property next to the tree farm, thinking
that he would only be bothered by noise and crowds for two
months out of every year. He’s not happy to discover that
Angel Christmas Tree farm has expanded their business
into weddings, birthday parties and events.
Ivy has to find a way to make the inveterate Scrooge
come to love Christmas—before his complaints to the
sheriff cause her to lose the business she loves.
