God’s awesome tribunal as if (s)he had
robbed a sanctuary. Let such a person be
held anathema and receive no forgiveness

Thomas. It is highly appreciable that you underwent
theological study at the Mar Thoma Vidya Nikethan,
Changanacherry. In his letter, the Metropolitan has described
the institution as a ‘well-run school of Theology for the laity.’
We are happy to know that Rev. Sophy, a Catholic nun taught
you and guided you in the study of Ecclesiology. We
appreciate you for the treatise and all those who initiated and
guided you in the discipline of theology.

It is certainly after a long slumber that
MORAN ETHO comes awake to greet
readers in various parts of the world. We have
a feeling of satisfaction that this belated
reappearance of our publication is with a
valuable contribution to church literature in
the form of the reflections of a layman on
the Church and its Sacraments. The
foreword by Dr. Geevarghese Panicker
gives a brief account of the contents of this
number and "Teacher s Comment is an
adequate introduction of the author.
We hope that our readers will
appreciate this issue of MORAN ETHO
and benefit by it.
