Notes on Contributors
Farooq Abdullah is Lecturer of Sociology, presently working as Manager
R&D, at Mirpur University of Science and Technology (MUST). He is
doing his PhD in Sociology at International Islamic University, Islamabad.
He has a Master’s in Sociology from the University of Azad Jammu and
Kashmir and an MPhil in Sociology from PMAS-Arid Agriculture
University, Rawalpindi with distinction, securing gold medals in both
degrees. His area of research is gender and education. He has been a
trainer on peace building, disaster management, human rights and social
entrepreneurship. He has seven years of experience of working at differ-
ent management positions in the social sector across Pakistan and Azad
Jammu and Kashmir. He has published research articles in HEC (Higher
Education Commission, Pakistan) and JRC (Joint Research Centre) rec-
ognized journals. He has also participated in different national and inter-
national conferences.
Saud  Khan  Afridi is an MBA student at Lahore University of
Management Sciences, Pakistan.
Bashir  Ahmad is a Professor of Management Sciences at Bahria
University, Karachi Campus. His educational qualifications include a
Master’s in Economics, an MBA in Marketing, an MSc in Strategic
Studies and a PhD in Organizational Management. In addition to over
