This LicenceAgreementsetsoutthetermsand conditionsrelatingtothe
purchaseand usebyyou ofthe FocusEssential software (theSoftware) included
inthispackage. PleasedonotloadtheSoftwareontoyourcomputerunlessyou
accepttheseterms.
1. Byacceptingthisagreement,you donotbecometheowneroftheSoftware, butyou
dohavetherightto usetheSoftwareinaccordancewiththisagreement.
2. TheSoftwaremustnotbeinstalledon morethanonecomputeratanyonetimebutitmay
beinstalled,onatemporaryreplacementorasubsequentcomputer, providingthe
Softwareisfirstremovedfromtheoriginalcomputer.
3. Unauthorisedcopying, lendingorresaleunderanyschemeisstrictlyprohibited.
4. Youagreetouseyourbesteffortstotakeall reasonablestepstoprotecttheSoftware,from

5. FocusMultimediawarrantsfora periodofninetydaysfromthedateofpurchaseofthis
Softwarethatundernormal use,thematerialoftheCD-ROMwill notprovedefectiveand

defectshouldappear,you mayreturntheSoftwaretoFocusMultimediaforreplacement
withoutchargeandthisisyoursolerightwith respecttosuchadefect.
