necessary, the proponent shall advise the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), in

Safety Provisions:
Unmanned Aireratt (UIA) nave no on-board pitt to perform see-and-avoid
responsibilities, and therefore, when operating outside of restricied areas, special
provisions must be made to ensure an equivalent level uf safely exists Zor operations:

Canyon County Sheriff's Office has made its ont determination on the
alnwarthiness and safety of the Draganflyer X6 UAS. Operations by Canyon
County Sheri's Office wif be vandkicted according to stict adherence to the
COA corttcate.
“The Draganflyer UAS must be operated in stict compliance with all
manufacturers! rovammendations as well as provisions and conditions in the
‘most recent Airworthiness Cerification Statement including all manufacturer's
manuals. ‘netrustions, and operating procedures. Any changes or revisions 10
the current Aisworthiness Certiication Statement will Be provided to the
Unmanned Aircraft Systeme Program Office (AFS-407) for review.
‘A eontguration contral program must be in place for hardware or software
changes mads lo the UAS. If'a new or revised Airwortiiness Release is
generated as a result of changes in the hardware oF software affecting the
