The two woods shown at right were L RED PRINTING
recently acquired by Lou Vesh
from a friend who spent last winter
in Bradenton, FL. Unfortunately,
he has only the two specimens and
cannot supply to members. Very
little is known about these woods
except that they were part of a
Denny's promotion and very few
were issued. They are published
here for record purposes only.
Lou Vesh now has his Christmas woods available
for trade or postage. This year's wood, shown at
right, is hot stamped, multi-colored, with blue
holographic foil used for the snowflake.
Also available from the Veshs' is the "TUIT"
shown at right. It is printed in black, with a
green circle on one side. It will be included with
any 1995 Christmas wood mailed out. Write:

Madge states: "Garland likes hunting and fishing but do to asthma
he doesn't get to do much. Because of his health he now does a lot
of wood carving. He just took carving up on his own and once belonged
to the James River Carving Club. He still gets the Chip Chat Magazine
that has a lot of ideas for carving. He loves his church work and
hates missing Church."
