Type Mustang
The Mustang type boilers are designed as real three pass boilers with flame tube, back and front reverse chamber and two smoke
tube passes. These features enable the flame to burn out freely. In contrast to other constructions, there are no hindrances to the
flame geometry and burn-up rate or the heat emission to the boiler water on account of backward flowing gases or water tube
installlations. A minimized furnace heat rating with low flame temperature and
minimal NOx are the result.
The combustion gases flow through three times before leaving the boiler frame. On this long stretch so much heating
surface is available that even without turbulators, which increase resistance as well as being susceptible to contamination,
the maximum exploitation of heat with highest efficiency of operation is achieved. The efficiency rate values of 90%
according to pressure are achieved without an economiser. It is possible to achieve efficiency rates up to 96% using
economisers either connected up directly with the boiler frame or functioning separately and using condensers.

DESCRIPTION
The steam generators "Steam" are designed to gnerate instantaneously steam at 12 bar.
They have a vapourizing body formed of 4 rotations of fumes, with inversion of the flame in the combustion chamber, a solution
which permits a notable increase in production and; in consequence, diminishes the fuel consumption.
They are fitted with safety and control equipment, allowing safe and trouble-free running, and a steam supply at maximum
capacity or reduced by 50%(according to requirements). The generator is fitted with a fumes thermosta, a steam thermostat and
a flow control for the boiler input which, by means of indicators lights mounted on the electrical panal, gives warning when it is
necessary to carry out chemical washing process. The units are equipped with a pressure container to introduce chemical
products for the washing process. The steam generators can be used with gas or fuel oil burner.

FUEL OIL BURNERS
The RL series of burners covers a firing range from 90 to 2443 kW, and they have been designed for use in hot
or superheater water boilers, hot air or steam generators, diathermic oil boilers.
Operation is "two stage"; the burners are fitted with an electronic device STATUS PANEL, which supplies
complete diagnostic: hour meter, ignition meter, identification of trouble shooting.
Optimisation of sound emissions is guaranteed by the use of fans with forward inclined blades and sound
deadening material incorporated in the air suction circuit. The elevated performance of the fans and combustion
head, guarantee flexibility of use and excellent working at all firing rates. The exclusive design ensures reduced
dimensions, simple use and maintenance. A wide range of accessories guarantees elevated working flexibility.
STATE OF SUPPLY
Monoblock forced draught oil burner, two stage operation, made up of:
- Air suction circuit lined with sound-proofing material
- Fan with reverse curve blades (straight blades on the 190 model)
- Air damper for air setting, driven by the adjustable hydraulic ram
- Combustion head, that can be set on the basis of required output
- Gears pump for high pressure fuel supply
- Oil safety valves
- Two oil valves (1 st and 2 nd stage)
- Photocell for flame detection
- Flame control panel
- Electronic device to check all burners operational modes (Led or Status Panel)
